First, enter the construction site of oxygen tanks to check the inspection certificate. And the certificate shall indicate the bottle number, working pressure, inspection pressure, date of next pressure test, etc.

Second, when filling the oxygen cylinder, external inspection must be carried out first, and at the same time, the gas composition in the bottle should be tested and identified, and it is not allowed to be filled at will.

Third, when the gas cylinder and the motor are used at the same site, the bottom of the bottle should be padded with insulation to prevent the gas cylinder from being charged. Pipelines and equipment in contact with gas cylinders should have grounding devices to prevent burning or explosion caused by static electricity.

Fourth, when using gas cylinders in winter, it can be thawed with hot water or steam. It is strictly forbidden to use fire or knock the bottle with iron, or twist the joint of the pressure reducer violently, so as to prevent a large amount of gas from rushing out and causing an accident.

Fifth, in the process of preparation and use, severe vibration and impact should be avoided, and it is forbidden to roll the gas cylinder from a height or on the ground. Can't be transported together with combustible gas cylinders, oil and other combustibles.

Sixth, the oxygen cylinder should be kept away from high temperature, open flame and molten metal splash. In operation, the oxygen cylinder should be more than 5m away from the fast bottle B. When used outdoors in summer, it should be covered and not exposed to the hot sun.

Seventh, open gas should be slow, anti-static spark and adiabatic compression.

Eighth, oxygen cylinders can't all be used up, and 0.2 ~ 0.3 MPa of surplus gas should be left to keep the oxygen cylinders at positive pressure, and close the valves to prevent air leakage. The purpose is to prevent combustible gas from flowing back into the bottle, and it is convenient to test the gas composition in the bottle during inflation. Ninth, do not use gas cylinders that exceed the inspection period. During the use of oxygen cylinders, technical inspection must be conducted every three years according to the safety rules. If a gas cylinder is found to have been inspected at the end of the overdue period, it shall not be used.

Tenth, the oxygen cylinder shall not be attached with grease, and tools, gloves or greasy overalls with grease shall not be used to contact the bottle valve and pressure reducing valve.

Eleventh, before using the oxygen cylinder, you should open the valve slightly, blow off the scraps and dirt from the bottle valve, close it immediately, and then connect it to the pressure reducer for use.

Twelfth, when opening the bottle valve, you should stand on the side of the gas jet direction of the bottle valve and open it slowly, so as to avoid the airflow towards the human body.

Thirteenth, to eliminate the leakage of pressurized oxygen cylinders, it is forbidden to use the method of tightening the cylinder valve or washer nut. It is forbidden to hold the bottle cap by hand to move the oxygen bottle.

Fourteenth, it is forbidden to use oxygen instead of compressed air to blow clean work clothes and acetylene pipes. It is forbidden to use oxygen as gas source for pressure testing and gas tools. It is forbidden to ventilate the local welding parts with oxygen.
